Enjoy the Sunshine!

Another week in the Hauck's home...
I had the fun privilege of babysitting these two cuties last week. It was therapeutic to walk in the sunshine to the park then to run around a be a kid. It's little moments like these that make life so beautiful and bright. I love these two and we had a blast!
Throughout the week Jeff and I tried to squeeze in the Parade of Homes. This is Marie Osmond's dream backyard with the dream view. One day!!!
We got distracted playing games along the way.
I could have stared at this beautiful stained glass window for hours, isn't it gorgeous???
Saturday Morning Jeff and I spent some time in the yard, and I loved EVERY moment of it. I also got to wear my cute new gardening belt that my parents got me for Christmas and I loved it!
This little beauty surprised me and you wouldn't have believed how excited I got haha. It's the simple miracles that get me, like a beautiful flower in bloom.
After spending time in the yard, me, my mom, Cec, and my Aunty Tia all went to hang out with my grandma for her 66th birthday! We spent the day hanging pictures on her walls, Cec gave her a pedicure, and then we went to visit Grandpa's grave. It's always fun spending time with family!
I took Sydnee's Preference pictures, first time I've taken any of her dance pictures. It was a lot of fun to meet some of her friends!
She took Britton to the dance and they had a blast!
Cec had the cool idea to take a detail shot of their shoes, and I love how it turned out! Super Cute!
Every third Sunday each month Kalamity and Kaos go and visit our friends at St George Rehab. This is sweet Viola and she loves "Crazy" Tia, if you can't tell. It always brightens my life when I get to go visit these sweet people, they help me to remember how blessed I am and how we need to cherish our health and strength while we have it. Make the most with your life while you can, you never know when something tragic will happen to you or your loved ones. Make each moment count.
Sunday night Brad finally popped the question and Emilee said yes. It was fun to be able to see their love start and then grown and now it's about to become eternal. So happy for them and their future! It was fun to be involved in the planning, set up, and capturing of this special moment in their lives.
So everyone mark your calendars for August and come celebrate their love!

I've had a lot of spiritual soul searching recently and I just want to remind myself and everyone that our wonderful lives and our eternities are all possible because of our loving Father in Heaven and our brother, Jesus Christ. If not for the plan of Salvation and the Atonement, we wouldn't exist, literally.
I hope everyone makes the most of this week!
Enjoy the sunshine, I know I will!

Another week living the life!

Just another week in paradise.
I decided to change things up and got a new comforter! :)
I love home shopping, I thought I loved clothes shopping, and then I got a home!
IT'S THE BEST!!!
Meet Kalamity's new cause! We have a fundraiser this Saturday, featuring a motivational speaker, all proceeds will go to Byron! Keep an eye out to come and support future events for this cute little babe.
September 10th was the 2nd anniversary of my grandpa's passing, so we celebrated by eating Big Macs at his grave.
Oh, and I made this little picture quote of my grandpa and one of his favorite quotes!
We love and miss my grandpa! Every year around this time, my emotions flood back in and it hurts all over again, but I am reminded that families are FOREVER!!!!
Thank goodness.
Friday morning Cec and I went and did temple work right when they opened!
I love the temple and my sister. It's so fun being neighbors, best friends, and sister, and being able to go into this beautiful building together and do temple work.
Friday night was Dixie's homecoming game!
Major and Legend stood in for Jaden and Zack in the homecoming royalty, they were adorable riding in the convertibles and being in front of the crowd.
 I love my cute coach!
 Typical Jeff and Andy friendship!
Saturday morning Jeff and I decided to go check out the Downtown Farmers Market and it was awesome. It's so fun that we have a place where we can get fresh local produce, jewelry, goods, and listen to live music. It was a fun little spot!

Well it was a great week and we are plugging along in school.
I'm finally finding my groove in school, so that's good.
Well have a wonderful week!!!

Try Pine Easter Tribute (a little bit of everything)

Try outs. Pine Valley. Easter. Tribute.
This week was full of action, here it is!
Snow Canyon had their cheer try outs this last week.
 Wise advise :)
I choreographed the individual routines for these three...and they all did amazing!
I also choreographed Lala's individual routines and she did amazing as well.
Easter weekend was one to remember! We spent Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday morning up at the Dixie State University cabin with the Hauck family! Here is the dirt road that lead to the cabin...
And here is the HUGE cabin we stayed in! Friday night we all arrived and played games.
Saturday we woke up, watched the morning session of conference, then prepped for the annual family Easter party! Emme had a few pieces of candy (to say the least haha).
It's just too hard to not give this cute face candy (and everyone thought the same thing cause she got A LOT of candy).
She is so sweet and I love her so much!
Amanda shared a story with me that I will cherish forever... After prayer every night Amanda asks Emme what she is grateful for, the usual answer is Elsa, Mommy, Daddy, Baby Hudson, with the occasional "Nana" and "Papa", but one night she said "Aunty Cam"!!! That warmed my heart so much! Amanda said that they hadn't been talking about me or anything so she said it all on her own. This little girl always knows when to give me a hug when I need it, or to pull me away to play when I'm feeling down, I feel that she and I have a special bond of love and she is always there to give love freely.
While prepping for the party, we were treated to live music from Jeff! He is so talented and I love his passion.
Amy helped by getting the kids Easter egg hunt all ready!
Then everyone showed up and it was go time. Here are all the kids on the egg hunt!
And here are all the adults on their egg hunt haha.
After eating and visiting for a while, we all gathered for a big family picture! Pictures are a cherished possession that one day we will look back on and be so glad we took it.
While everyone started to trickle out on their way home, we had some kite flying going on.
Mom and Dad Hauck were the master kite flyers and they were anxious to teach us their ways.
This cute little family had fun flying kites also!
After kite flying it was time for our family walk!
Then Easter Egg dying and testimony meeting. It was such a wonderful day full of family and love!
The next morning was Easter morning and this is what the Easter Bunny had for Emme, a new Elsa dress because hers was at it's end.
As soon as she saw it she said "Put on!" so that's what we did and my guess is she is still wearing it haha.
After our weekend up in Pine Valley, we headed to my family's Easter celebration at my Uncle Joe's house! This is all the Easter Egg hunters after we gathered all our loot (yes I still hunt).
My grandma made her famous Easter Bunny cake that she has been making since my mom was a kid.
Then this morning on our way to my grandpa's headstone placement, we stopped to get Sydnee's drivers permit which she finally passed! I'm not gonna lie, I had my doubts.
We then had a beautiful tribute to my grandpa as they placed his custom headstone. We all shared special memories of grandpa and his presence was definitely felt.
The gorgeous surf board in waves, the plumerias, the pictures of my grandparents, the Los Angeles temple, and beautiful names and quotes are all a PERFECT tribute to my amazing grandpa!

It was an emotion and wonderful weekend that I will remember forever. I am so grateful for such an amazing family full of great examples. Life is beautiful and we need to treat it that way. Love a little deeper, think a little sweeter, hope a little lighter and you will see the beauty in this life!

Hello. Goodbye. See you later.

It's been a CRAZY week, and the craziness is just going to continue!
There's been a lot of hellos, goodbyes, and see you laters with family all week long.
Here are the pictures of some special moments of this awesome week...
Jeff's cousin Jake got home from his mission Thursday evening! It's so crazy to think that it has been two years and he home. Brad gets home this upcoming Wednesday and we are all anxious with excitement!!!
The first 40 orders of Kalamity's Kycie shirts from the online store went out! It only took me two days to get them sorted and processed!!!
Friday we finally tried Bombay Cafe, I have heard nothing but wonderful things about this restaurant so I had high expectations and I must say...they met all of them and maybe even exceeded them! It was GOOD! We ordered the Coconut Chicken Curry and I could have eaten 10 plates it was that good.
Friday we also purchased our first gun. Jeff was ecstatic and we feel ready for anything (haha)!
Saturday was Cecilee's family bridal shower! We scheduled this shower so that my grandma Horlacher and all of the Horlacher side could be there since they were up for the farewell! My grandma Ah Quin had this adorable tres leches cake made in honor of the bride; it reads, "Horlacher Today Orpinela For Eternity."
I was running around like a crazy person all morning going from dance to the shower so I forgot my camera :( but my mom was able to capture these cute moments!
Saturday night my Horlacher grandparents took the whole family to dinner at Chuck-A-Rama then I headed to Kalamity's half time performance.
Sunday morning came extra fast (especially with daylight savings). We got to the chapel and listened to beautiful talks given by my grandparents. The spirit was so strong and you could see the excitement in their countenance! They are so ready and although I miss them a lot already, they are going to be AMAZING missionaries in Nauvoo, Illinois.
Everyone that came to listen to their farewell address and show their support. Yeah, it was basically the whole congregation haha. I always tease my grandparent that they are social butterflies, being in their ward the last year I have witnessed it first hand! Everyone LOVES them and everyone wants to be their friends because they make everyone feel loved, I feel blessed to have examples of love like them in my life.
My grandma and grandpa Horlacher's posterity (and legacy, as my grandpa Ah Quin would say.) All their kids and grandkids (minus Trevor).
This morning I got home from dance and I looked in the back where they live and their lights were off and their truck was gone, they were off on their mission. I couldn't help but cry because this last year being their neighbor, their renter, their ward member, their grand-daughter, and friend has been a really rewarding experience. They are some of the most genuine and loveable people you will ever meet! This next 18 months I'm going to miss my grandpa's jokes and contagious laugh, and my grandma's sweet voice as she tells my grandpa (Rich) what needs to be done.
Aren't they adorable? :)
I love my sister, she's such a babe! I couldn't help but take her picture with her cute dress that had a purple blossom pattern and all the purple blossom trees.
Best Friends FOREVER!!! And ever, and ever, and ever!!!!
After the AWESOME sacrament meeting we all headed to my parent's house for a lovely luncheon! It was so nice to see so many faces and visit with family and friends we haven't seen in a long time.
Later that evening, after my grandparents had been set apart, we headed to their home to spend some last minute time with them. They were literally glowing and smiling from ear to ear. They were ready to go and looked like they were floating! I'm so excited to hear all their stories and even more excited to go visit them!

It was a really special week full of family, parties, and missionaries.
I am so grateful for the plan of happiness and for the opportunity we have to live this life with family.
Family truly is the most sacred unit and those relationships carry through all generations of time and life. Make your family relationships count, do everything you can to develop intimate relationships with your family.
That's something you will NEVER regret!
