A new covenant!

Last night was a night that I will always remember!
Trevor and Jaden went through the Temple for the first time!!!
CRAZY!!!
I remember my first time and it seems like yesterday...
Well it was a beautiful evening full of the spirit of the Lord! I got emotional a few times seeing my little brother in the House of the Lord and I felt my grandpa near. It doesn't get any better than that.
 Our eternal family! :)
 Our three missionaries!
Two newest endowed members of our family!
We miss him but know he's always there when we need him.
I love this family of mine!
One more cause FAMILIES ARE FOREVER!!!
Trevor's going to be in for an eye opening without this woman there to help him with EVERYTHING! Haha!!!
Our two missionaries with their country flags.
I love this picture because the path looks never ending and it symbolizes to me this evening and the coming years. They just made a sacred covenant and are now ready to continue on in the path, which means Mexico and Argentina for two years.
 Such awesome young men.
I love you Trev and I'm so proud of the amazing man that you have become! I'm grateful for you and the example of humility, strength, and purity that you are to me!!!
These two wonderful young men wouldn't be where they are today without these people.

It was a beautiful evening and I am so proud of both of them! They are amazing examples and I'm so excited for them!!!

Weekendz.

I love weekends!
You already know about the National Dance Day celebrating that took place this weekend, but we did some other stuff too.
Not much but some other stuff...
We tried the Waffle Love place!
I had seen everyone posting about it so I had to try it! It was pretty good!
But I still kinda like syrup (extra sugar) drizzled on top! :) hahahhaa.
 Hung out with our homies!

This was 9:45. Dang I love my camera.
 Syd posing! :)
Then Sunday is always family time! I just happened to have my camera and had to take a picture of this! This is a regular thing, Emme playing with Millie and Millie trying to get away! Hahaha!
 I love her! :)
And she loves shoes!

Well weekends are the best but I hope everyone has a happy Monday!

National Dance Day 2014

Happy (late) National Dance day!
I hope everyone had as much fun as I did!!!
NDD was Saturday and Saturday was full of dance.
Here's our fun from the splash mob and evening performance.
Only part of the dancing crew!
It was so fun having Amy there!

Trying to figure out how the water comes out of the ground. Haha.
 Dancing!
Luci our cause this year, and my aunt!
Two of my amazing role models!

Celebrating dance was a blast! Here are the videos from the day!

New things.

This Vegas trip has been a blast!
Although I love vacationing, I love coming home too.
I didn't take much pictures today, and instead compiled a little video for us to remember our trip!
We are starting a new tradition where we will choose a "theme song" to our vacations and then create a little highlight/home video to remember each trip by!

Enjoy our cheesy "22" themed Vegas trip!!! :)
P.S. I meant to leave it choppy hahaha.
Makes me laugh every time.

Pool. Shop. Eat. REPEAT.

In case you were worried...WE ARE STILL HAVING A BLAST! :)
Here's the deets on day two...
Herbalife for breakfast to give us good nutrition and energize us for all the fun activities throughout the day!
Then we headed to the pool where we stayed for 3 hours. Time flies when your napping in the sun!
 View up.
Another perk to The Trump is a free shuttle to Ceasar's Palace. I love when we don't have to drive.
Cheesecake Factory OF COURSE.
We are determined to win the #saycheesecake contest! :) I can't decide if I like the color or black & white better!? hahahaha.
Not staged at all...that's really how we feel about the s'mores cheesecake...mmmmm.
And yes we did have cheesecake as an appetizer, like we always to! Family tradition! You can always take leftovers home but dessert isn't always as easy. Plus I don't ever want to risk the chance of being too full for dessert.
And that was the same cheesecake 1 minute after the last picture was taken. HAHA.
 A little more shopping.
Elevator rides with ear pops because we are so high up! 58th floor! :)
Came back to a nice clean room. I seriously wish we had a housekeeping button at home.
One of the many reasons The Trump is my favorite. You can't tell how big this is but it literally is like a hot tub!!!
New outfit for our night out! :)
Love my new joggers.
 Dinner at the Stripburger!
I love Jeff so much. He is seriously my dream man! Look how handsome he is.
BEST MILKSHAKE EVER!!!! I almost ordered another one after our meal too.
Everyone needs to try a milkshake at this place. The burgers were just alright compared to the milkshake!!!
I want another one just looking at this picture. Haha.
After dinner we walked over to look at The Wynn cause we were curious what it looked like inside.
Made of flowers.
Beautiful flower balls.
Moving flower carousel.
Vegas strip! :)

Vegas status.

I'm one of those girls that loves to go to Vegas!
I know there's lots of filth and I don't drink or party but I just love to come here.
Here are a few reasons why: shopping, nice hotel, luxury amenities, more shopping, yummy restaurants, structures built to give you a feel of other places of the world, and more shopping!
If you did Vegas the way I do you would love it too!!!!
We are here for three days to celebrate my birthday/make up for not going to Hawaii...

Day ONE:
My camera is so ridiculously awesome...took this at 9:15 and it catches the reflection of the window.
 Our view :)
 I love city lights.
 Fav.
My cute husband relaxing after almost 10 hours of shopping. I'M CRAZY.
I love staying at The Trump for MANY reasons...it doesn't have a casino, complimentary valet, nice room with HUGE jetted bath tub, amazing views, Fashion Show mall right across the street with a Chipotle and California Pizza Kitchen and Forever 21 and Urban Outfitters all in it, kitchenette, amazing bed, THE LIST GOES ON.
After I buy new clothes I always put on a fashion show as soon as I get home, or in this case to the hotel room.
Winter look I know, but this whole outfit cost $36.50!
Shoes $7, Jeans $12, Shirt $6, Jacket $7.50, Scarf $4.
Not the best picture but once my hair is done cute this dress will be amazing! I couldn't pass it up with the length and all! (Being tall is so hard sometimes).
Dress $8.

Day one was a blast and I'm excited for today!!! :)
Swimming, Cheesecake Factory, H&M, exploring...EXCITED.
